The ISTQB® Acceptance Testing (CT-AcT) certification focuses on the concepts, methods, and practices of collaboration between product owners/business analysts and testers in acceptance testing.

Acceptance testing is a test level that focuses on determining whether to accept the system.

During the training, participants will learn about the methods and practices of cooperation in the implementation of acceptance tests of business solutions.

The training covers user acceptance testing (UAT), contractual and regulatory acceptance testing, as well as alpha and beta testing.

Who is this program for?

The Acceptance Testing certification is aimed at anyone involved in software acceptance testing activities. This includes people in roles such as product owners, business analysts, testers, test analysts, test engineers, test consultants, test managers, user acceptance testers, and software developers.

To gain this certification, candidates must hold the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level certificate.

Please notice that the training and all training material is in English, as the exams are held exclusively in the English language.

Entry Requirements

The entry criterion for taking the ISTQB Acceptance testing exam is that candidates have already obtained the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level certificate.

Study Load

The program is built for practitioners with limited available time. Most of the work is carried out during classes. However you might need 8-10 hrs to read the syllabus prior the start of the course and 2-3 hrs, to reflect on the total material and do some mock tests before the exams.

Accreditation Info

Each participant receives a certificate of attendance upon the completion of the training.
Participants are not obligated to participate in the examination.
The examination has a duration of 75 min and a minimum score of 65% is required to pass (26/40).
The structure and rules for the ISTQB exams along with a mock test are sent via email to the registered participants prior to the course.
