GENERAL INFORMATION

The content of the training is in accordance with the official ISTQB Syllabus. Who is this program for?

The Foundation Level qualification is suitable for anyone who is involved as well as interested in software testing. This includes people in roles such as testers, test analysts, test engineers, test consultants, test managers, user acceptance testers and software developers. This Foundation Level qualification is also appropriate for anyone who wants a basic understanding of software testing, such as project managers, quality managers, software development managers, business analysts, IT directors and management consultants.

Please notice that the training and all training material is in English, as the exams are held exclusively in the english language.

Entry Requirements

The entry criterion for taking the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level training course is that candidates have an interest in software testing. There is no other entry criterion and everyone is welcome to attend. Although a little experience in software development or software testing is helpful in understanding the concepts described in the training, this course is also ideal for anyone who wishes to change career path and jumpstart into software testing.

 

Study Load

The program is built for practitioners with limited available time. Most of the work is carried out during classes. However you might need 12-14hrs to read the syllabus prior the start of the course and 3-4 hrs, to reflect on the total material and do some mock tests before the exams.

Accreditation Info

Each participant receives a certificate of attendance upon the completion of the training. Participants are not obligated to participate in the examination. The examination has a duration of 75 min and a minimum score of 65% is required to pass (26/40). The structure and rules for the ISTQB exams along with a mock test are sent via email to the registered participants prior to the course.

Οnelity offers both on-site and remote courses. When training takes place online, each participant still receives a hard copy of all training material.

Schedule
